Past president is now o.a.m.! wow!

The Rotary Club of Gladstone Midday stands and applauds our Past President/Current Public Image Director/Charter Rotarian for her recent honour. Mrs Gail Sellers is now the proud recipient of an Order of Australia Medal for Services to her Community. The following are some (but by no means an exhaustive list) of the community connections that Gail has developed after growing up, living, working and volunteering in the Gladstone Region!

Gail is Patron of the Gladstone Eisteddfod Association, and the Zonta Club of Gladstone. She was a Charter Member (which means one of the originals) of the Rotary Club of Gladstone Midday formed in 1993. Gail has worked at both South Gladstone State Primary School and at West Gladstone State Primary School. Gail has had her association with the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery and Museum recognized by having an art exhibition hall named after her. Politically active, never at home, forever connected. Gail Sellers will remain a community icon in our hearts as well as our Club. Thank you Gail for your service. We do appreciate you.
